Responsibilities:

• Engages in business development activities, develops client relationships, leads/coordinates proposal preparation and makes presentations

• Manages large or programmatic complex projects consistent with firm-wide standards for project delivery

• Negotiates contracts with clients, assists in the selection of sub consultants, negotiates fee and contract arrangements including additional services

This position is focused on collaborating with EGD team, architects and interior designer and assisting design and documentation of large scale mixed use projects with environmental graphics design components.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the EGD team, interior designers and architects to develop breakthrough ideas and conceptualize creative solutions that meet client needs for environmental graphic, branded environment, wayfinding and signage projects;

• Actively participate in all aspects of the design process of environmental graphics design;

• Prepare drawing packages including plans, elevations, and details for environmental graphics projects

• Collaborates with design teams to develop graphic design approaches for projects and presentations

• Graphic design for marketing/business development Including presentation materials, brand books, marketing collateral, email promotions, social media and so on.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related majors;
