History[ ]
Marvel vs DC[ ]
Two entities known as the Brothers, one representing the DC Universe and the other representing the Marvel Universe, remembered each other's existences, causing the two universes to merge.
Amalgam[ ]
The Brothers held a contest in which they would take fighters from both of their respective universes and pit them against each other. In order to stop one of the universes from being destroyed, the Spectre and Marvel's Living Tribunal joined forces to create the Amalgam Universe, combining characters, events, and aspects from both the DC and Marvel universes. During Amalgam, Darkseid was combined with Marvel's Thanos to create Thanoseid.
During the Secret Crisis of the Infinity Hour (a combination of Crisis on Infinite Earths, Zero Hour and Marvel's Secret Wars and Infinity Gauntlet), Thanoseid sought the Anti-Life Nullifier in order to wipe out all life except for Apokolips. He was an ally of Doctor Doomsday (a combination of Doomsday and Marvel's Doctor Doom).
Thanoseid had abducted Ryan Castiglione, the son of Diana Prince and Trevor Castle (a combination of Steve Trevor and Marvel's Punisher) and turned him into his servant Kanto.
Sometime later, Thanoseid's servant L'ok D'saad (a combination of DeSaad and Marvel's Loki) fought against the former's son Thorion (a combination of Orion and DC's Thor), who was traded to Odin the Highfather (a combination of Highfather and Marvel's Odin) for peace between New Asgod and Apokolips.
