This 1997 Ford Thunderbird was delivered new to Grant Ford in Pickens, South Carolina, and remained with its original owner until November 2019 when it was acquired by the seller. The car is finished in Silver Frost Metallic over Portofino Blue cloth and is powered by a 4.6-liter V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes an electric moonroof, a rear spoiler, chrome 15″ wheels, keyless entry, a power-adjustable driver seat, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Pioneer CD stereo. This Thunderbird shows 97k miles and is now offered at no reserve with service records, a Deluxe Marti report, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.

The exterior is finished in Silver Frost Clearcoat Metallic and features an electric moonroof, a keyless-entry keypad, a power antenna, a rear spoiler, and dual polished exhaust outlets. The paint was reportedly ceramic coated in November 2020, and imperfections and areas of touch-up are depicted in the gallery below.

Chrome 15″ seven-spoke alloy wheels are wrapped in 215/70 BFGoodrich Advantage T/A tires, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.

The cabin features Portofino Blue cloth upholstery with matching carpets and embroidered floor mats. Amenities include a power-adjustable driver seat, automatic climate control, cruise control, power accessories, and a Pioneer CD stereo. The removed factory stereo is included in the sale, and the heater blend door actuator was reportedly replaced in May 2020.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel was partially re-covered during previous ownership and shows signs of wear. Instrumentation consists of a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows 97k miles, approximately 5k of which were added by the seller.

The 4.6-liter V8 sends power to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission, and the upper intake manifold and gaskets were reportedly replaced in June 2020. The oil was recently changed, and a cone air filter has been installed. The removed air filter assembly is included in the sale.

The mufflers have been removed and are included in the sale. Additional underside photographs can be seen in the gallery below.

The Deluxe Marti report indicates that the car was built 10 days ahead of schedule on April 18, 1997. A secondary sheet details engine, transmission, color, and equipment statistics. The sale includes wheel locks, airbag locks, two sets of keys, and spare parts.

The Carfax report indicates no accidents or damage and shows history in Florida and Pennsylvania through the most recent entry in February 2020.
